Structural repairs and internal refurbishment works to residential property

 

Brief:

Prior to our involvement, the Local Authority had served a Dangerous Structure Notice on the property and the gable wall had been temporarily shored using a structural scaffold. We were instructed by the property owner to design a scheme of remedial works to stabilise and repair the structure and refurbish internal areas.
