Pre purchase condition survey of a large industrial building.
Brief:
TVP were initially asked to provide a condition survey report of a food production premises. Our report identified and prioritised necessary repair works and provided budget costs for the same. In light of our findings we were instructed to procure and manage a scheme of works to replace cladding and install new windows and doors.
