Brief:
Cousin’s Furniture Stores appointed TVP as Quantity Surveyor and Planning Supervisor for the complete refurbishment of an existing retail unit. This project, including an extension and mezzanine floor, now facilitates 80,000 sq ft of retail space, plus all associated admin and warehousing. The finished unit is Manchester's largest furniture store.
