TVP acted as Employers Agent, Quantity Surveyor and Planning Supervisor for the construction of two new office buildings, providing a total floor area of 20,000 sq ft. Both fully air conditioned buildings were to have associated car parking and be constructed using steel frame with brick and stone cladding and curtain wall glazing.
