TVP were engaged to provide full Quantity Surveying services encompassing: initial feasibility estimating and work scope comparison costing, contractual advice, individual work package procurement, tender assessment and reporting, work package contractor appointment, cost control with advice during the construction phase, and final account settlement services.

To facilitate an extension to the front of the store, this particular project for Aldi required significant sewer and drainage diversions. A temporary entrance was also formed as it was required that the store remained fully operational for the duration of the construction period.
