Erewash borough council appointed TVP as Employers Agent, CDM Co-ordinator, Project Manager and Clerk of Works for the re-design and refurbishment of an existing sports facility over two phases.

The development consisted of: a six lane sports track, with all-weather pitch and floodlighting; a refurbished cricket pavilion with associated facilities and parking; plus a new tennis building with 4nr tennis courts and associated facilities.
