Brief:
The Property Alliance Group Ltd appointed TVP to provide Quantity Surveying and Planning Supervision services for the refurbishment, extension and alteration of an existing office building in city centre Manchester. The aim was to increase the overall floor plate, thus increasing let-able space. The completed project is now seen as an iconic building winning several industry awards.
