TVP were appointed as Quantity Surveyor for Washway Road, a mixed-use development, built over three floors and providing 14,746 sq ft of retail and residential floor space. In providing both cost management and procurement services, the completed building comprised of retail units to the ground floor and 11 Nr apartments to the first and second floors.
