Cowgill Holloway advises on TVP merger with Watson Laurie Group
Cowgill Holloway’s corporate finance department has advised on the merger of The Vinden Partnership Ltd and Watson Laurie Group, a group of companies controlled by Andrew Crompton.

Established in 1994 by two brothers, Peter and David Vinden, TVP, based in Bolton, provides a range of professional services and effective solutions to the construction sector, particularly services that are in demand in times of both recession and good economic conditions.
