TVP is Construction Firm of the Year view comments

Bolton-based construction adviser, The Vinden Partnership (TVP), has been named Construction Firm of the Year in the Lancashire Business View Red Rose Awards, established to recognise successful and innovative companies from the region.

The award win follows a successful year for TVP, which saw the firm the firm launch a series of new products and services including TVP Construction Finance and its Personal Guarantee Rescue Scheme.

In addition, 2010 also saw the business open an office in London. As a result, TVP now covers the length and breadth of the UK, with a Northern office in Bolton, a Midlands base in Nottingham and its London office, which will service the South.

Peter Vinden, managing director of The Vinden Partnership, said: "We are delighted to have won the Construction Firm of the Year Award, especially after what has been another challenging year. Having said that, the approach TVP takes in terms of identifying and developing new opportunities has ensured that the business has remained ahead of the market and, although it has been hard work, 2010 was a very successful year for us. The Lancashire Business View award really tops it all off."
