TVP enter into a nationally exclusive contract with a 'blue chip' chartered loss adjuster - Media announcement pending.

Steven Padley, formerly of Zurich, is appointed to manage the company's new Insurance Services Department.

Expansion of the sustainability department, with staff based in both regional offices.

Christopher Duffill, former Regional Commercial Manager and Commercial Director Designate of Sir Alfred McAlpine is appointed as Regional Director for the Nottingham Office.

TVP merges with the Watson Laurie Group, and expands its portfolio to include commercial insurance and financial services.

The Bolton office moves into its new custom-built 10,000 sq ft flagship offices at Regent House, Folds Road, Bolton.

Social Housing servicing department formed to administer all social housing consultancy services provided.

The Bolton Office moves to the company's 8000 sq.ft. registered office at Gould House, Chorley New Road.

The Nottingham Office moves into the newly refurbished Wellington House.

Due to continued expansion the Bolton Office moves to larger rented premises in Victoria Square.

Francis Turton is promoted to the Board and is made responsible for all Social Housing, Planning Supervision, Party Wall and non-traditional procurement after having grown these services over a short period of time.

Due to the success of the Nottingham office, Wellington House is acquired and, following refurbishment, the new offices are occupied in December of that year.

Due to continued expansion, the Partnership outgrows its Bolton offices and moves again to larger premises to facilitate further growth.

An office in Nottingham is opened within the heart of Nottingham City Centre. Nottingham was identified as a location of future growth and business opportunities.

Peter J Cranmer joins the Partnership, taking on responsibility for the development of traditional quantity surveying services.
The Vinden Partnership is formed by brothers, David and Peter Vinden.
