Established in 1994 The Vinden Partnership has experienced impressive growth and success since its inception.

December 2009
TVP is nominated for, North West Professional Agency of the Year 2009, sponsored by Property Week.
 

October 2009
TVP enter into a nationally exclusive contract with a 'blue chip' chartered loss adjuster - Media announcement pending.

 

October 2009
Steven Padley, formerly of Zurich, is appointed to manage the companies new Insurance Services Department.

 

March 2009
Expansion of the sustainability department, with staff based in both regional offices.

 

December 2008
Christopher Duffill, former Regional Commercial Manager and Commercial Director Designate of Sir Alfred McAlpine is appointed as Regional Director for the Nottingham Office.

 

July 2008
TVP merges with the Watson Laurie Group, and expands its portfolio to include commercial insurance and financial services.

 

October 2007
34 Fee Earning staff + 11 Administration/Accounts staff employed at TVP and company turnover in excess of £3M.

 

October 2006
The Bolton office moves into its new custom-built 10,000 sq ft flagship offices at Regent House, Folds Road, Bolton.

 

August 2006
TVP receives Highly Commended Award for North West Business of the Year.

 

February 2006
Social Housing servicing department formed to administer all social housing consultancy services provided.

Annual turnover for the period exceeded

Vinden Commercial formed to offer clients a range of urban estate surveying services including site finding services.

TVP nominated as Partnering Consultant of the Year at the National Construction Awards.

Annual turnover for the period exceeded

Building Surveying services are made available from both offices.

Full corporate business video link established between our Bolton and Nottingham offices, later extended to service clients with appropriate equipment.

 
Ecohomes and HQI Calculation services commenced due to demand from Social Housing clients.

Annual turnover for the period exceeded £1,850,000.
 
June 2001
The Bolton Office moves to the company's 8000 sq.ft. registered office at Gould House, Chorley New Road.
 
August 2000
Annual turnover for the period exceeded £1,600,000.
 

December 1999
The Nottingham Office moves into the newly refurbished Wellington House.

 

November 1999
Due to continued expansion the Bolton Office moves to larger rented premises in Victoria Square.

 

September 1999
Francis Turton is promoted to the Board and is made responsible for all Social Housing, Planning Supervision, Party Wall and non-traditional procurement after having grown these services over a short period of time.

 

August 1999 

To facilitate future growth and development, The Vinden Partnership incorporates. The Vinden Partnership Limited is formed. Financial year end moves to August.

Turnover £1,160,000.
 
January 1999
Due to the success of the Nottingham office, Wellington House is acquired and, following refurbishment, the new offices are occupied in December of that year.
 
April 1998
Turnover £830,000.
 
November 1997
Due to continued expansion, the Partnership outgrows its Bolton offices and moves again to larger premises to facilitate further growth.

Turnover £308,000.
 
March 1996
An office in Nottingham is opened within the heart of Nottingham City Centre. Nottingham was identified as a location of future growth and business opportunities.
 
April 1995
Turnover £200,000.
 
January 1995
Peter J Cranmer joins the Partnership, taking on responsibility for the development of traditional quantity surveying services.
 
The Partnership moves to larger premises to allow for expansion.
 
April 1994
The Vinden Partnership is formed by brothers, David and Peter Vinden.
