The Vinden Partnership has found through experience that to achieve its objective of "getting it right first time" the individuals carrying out the works should be empowered and take ownership of providing a quality service.

 
The Vinden Partnership is an ISO 9001 Quality Assured company and we take pride in meeting and exceeding the levels of quality such registration promotes. 
 
Our surveying teams are resourced with our staff, and data collated centrally, to avoid common quality issues as can occur using temporary staff without adequate management control.
 
The Vinden Partnership measures its performance annually using the Construction Consultants’ KPI’s funded by the DTI in partnership with Construction Excellence. Within this model our performance is benchmarked against other organisations within our industry.  Our company performance is measured in the form of eight KPI’s; five of which are under the headline "Client Satisfaction" covering Overall Performance, Value for Money, Quality of Service, and Timely Delivery. A further two KPI’s measure Productivity, and Training.
 
In addition to measuring the practice’s performance using industry KPI information, The Vinden Partnership undertakes an annual performance review which is carried out by an independent body. We are delighted to have received a Diamond award for our services during 2005 following this audit process. This further reinforces our commitment to delivering a first class service to our clients and remaining readily available and flexible with our approach, ensuring we meet the needs of our customers.
