David & Peter Vinden form The Vinden Partnership, working
from offices in their respective homes.
January 1995
Peter J Cranmer joins the Partnership responsible for
the development of traditional quantity surveying services.
Peter's first task is to oversee the refurbishment of
Heritage House, the Partnership's first acquired offices.
April 1995
Turnover £200,000.
March 1996
Barry J Ashmore joins the Partnership, and operating from
rented accommodation within the heart of Nottingham city
centre, begins to develop and build the Nottingham office.
April 1996
Turnover £308,000.
April 1997
Turnover £540,000.
October 1997
Anne Jones FCA joins as Practice Manager responsible for
finance and administration.
November 1997
Due to continued expansion, the Partnership outgrows Heritage
House. Heritage House is disposed of and the Bolton office
moves to larger rented premises.
April 1998
Turnover £830,000.
January 1999
Wellington House in Nottingham acquired.
April 1999
Turnover £1,160,000.
August 1999
To facilitate future growth and development, The Vinden
Partnership incorporates. Financial year end moves to
August.
September 1999
Francis Turton promoted to Regional Director.
November 1999
Due to continued expansion the Bolton Office moves to
larger rented premises in Victoria Square.
December 1999
The Nottingham Office moves into the newly refurbished
Wellington House.
August 2000
Annual turnover for the period exceeded £1,600,000.
June 2001
The Bolton Office plans to move to the company's 8000
sq.ft. registered office Gould House, Chorley New Road.
August 2001
Annual turnover for the period exceeded £1,850,000.

Full corporate business video link established between
our Bolton and Nottingham offices, later extended to service
clients with appropriate equipment.
