The Vinden Partnership have invested in aerial mast technology enabling us to carry out detailed high level roof and facade inspections - elevated surveys - from ground level. The aerial mast can be manually extended to heights ranging from 2 metres up to 15 metres and the design of the mast allows erection on any surface or gradient regardless of ground conditions.
 
Considering and mitigating health and safety risks is vital when carrying out high level surveys. Health and Safety Executive statistics indicate that on average there are 12 fatalities a year at work due to falling from ladders and over 1,200 people suffer major injury from such events. The aerial mast eliminates the requirement for ladders thus enabling site risks to be vastly reduced. Additionally, the aerial mast technology can eliminate the need for access scaffold or cherry pickers which can be very expensive to hire and time consuming to arrange.
 
Our surveyors are able to visit site, carry out a high level inspection and assess the extent of damage to the property. If required, photographic evidence of any defects or damage can be sent direct to the client from site via email or issued to the client on CD whilst on site.
