There are many defects that can affect the integrity of a building.  Indications of significant property defects include cracks, distortions of walls, damp patches, rotten timbers and corroding metal.

 

If such defects are not diagnosed and not repaired, repair costs can often escalate as the defects worsen.  We are regularly instructed to inspect properties in order to establish the cause of building defects and recommend effective repairs.
